Founder Kelly Manjula Koza has traveled extensively communicating, teaching, writing, and videoing across cultures and borders. She has spent a number of years working with an acclaimed, UN-accredited non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Kerala, India. As a senior technical instructor for a major software firm and consultant, she's developed and presented traditional and web-based training for international and local firms in numerous industries. She's also written instructional material and trained in subjects ranging from stress reduction to sports and fitness.

Since the time she was a teenager and invited to serve as a columnist and editor for a national sports publication, Kelly has written numerous features, articles, and interviews for magazines and newspapers. She has created marketing materials for growing companies, produced newsletters, and developed successful public relations campaigns and media kits for non-profits. Additionally, Kelly has co-created videos shown across the globe.
